Preparing job duties list is very crucial for an organization because it helps in properly defining the roles and responsibilities of the employees in the organization. As we all know, different positions in an organization require different levels of education, work experience, knowledge, skill set, and so on. Like for example, the duties and responsibilities of an HR manager will definitely differ from that of a cashier and therefore, you cannot ask an HR manager to perform the duties of a cashier or vice versa. Server job duties are meant for technically qualified personnel. Servers are installed in offices of moderate to high organizational strength. Server jobs are invited by organizations that have a computer network deployed. This is a highly specialized job needing technical aptitude and sincere service.
Job duties of a server engineer would depend on the nature of server. Servers could be classified into web servers, data base servers, file servers, or print server. Each of these servers operates with definite software tools. Engineers could be qualified to look after one or more of these application server types.
Servers could also be classified according to their hardware technology. Current generation servers all belong to the open category and are definite improvements upon earlier closed system servers. Open servers are either of CISC or RISC technology. These two types run on separate technologies and need specialized engineers with distinctive job duties. RISC servers are considered high availability servers with 99.999% availability. Critical applications like banking ATM, search engines, and online ticketing are run on these servers.
While defining server job duties it is important to declare the exact nature of the servers to be supported and the applications run on them. Server jobs are among the toughest requiring engineers to be alert always.

How to list two separate job duties on a CV


Listing of two separate job duties is a critical task that needs a careful layout. This is particularly important for experienced people who are looking for a change and have experience in doing more than one job duty.
Candidates with sufficient experience are likely to have more than one job functions. With more working years job variations are likely to happen. For instance, an individual starting his career as a sales executive could become a marketing manager after some years. Sales and marketing are different job types with distinctive objectives.
While listing out two job duties in a CV, it is important that the latest one be mentioned first and then the earlier one. Job responsibilities in details are to be given priority in a CV for an experienced candidate. Care should be taken that in writing these details there is an analytical approach, with definitive figures provided wherever possible. Hospital Morgue job duties


Hospital morgue jobs are not for faint hearted candidates. Training is necessary for taking up job duties in a morgue. Dead bodies are carefully preserved in these places till they are carried by deceased’s relatives for burial or cremation. Usually dead bodies are kept in hospital morgue for a couple of days. However at times it might be necessary to keep a corpse for several days before it is removed for its last rites.
Morgue job duties entail proper preservation of dead bodies such that it stays disinfected. Refrigerated chambers are kept in thoroughly working condition which is the basic necessity of hospital morgues. Disinfecting of bodies is done by chemical process using formalin. People responsible for preserving dead bodies in morgues are called ‘dieners’.
Deaths caused by unnatural means might need forensic tests to be conducted by investigators. Certain body parts might have to be dissected for autopsy. Helping doctors in removing body parts from dead bodies is job duty of a diener. Physical handling and appropriate preservation is not the only job of a hospital morgue employee. Paperwork is another responsibility of dieners. They maintain records of all findings of an autopsy examination. Long hours might be required to update these reports in the hospital management system. These reports are critical for unusual deaths.

Teacher’s Aide’s Job Duties

A teacher’s aide’s job duty is to work together with the teacher in the classroom, helping the teacher in managing and supervising students. Teacher’s aides are also called teaching assistants, paraprofessional educators, or instructional assistants. Generally, their job duty is to assist not only school teachers but also school administrators and other school officials with instructional responsibilities. Teaching aides are important members of the teaching staff who perform job duties essential for educational institutions to function efficiently.
Job Duties of Teacher’s Aide.

• The main job duty of a teacher’s aide is to assist teachers or professors in the school, be it inside or outside the classroom.

• In the classroom, you will pass out workbooks, textbooks, and school supplies such as paper and pencil to the students.

• You will provide one-on-one tutoring or teach and help children in small groups while the teacher is working with other students in the classroom. You will help the students in doing various activities such as reviewing lessons and helping them read out loud.

• A teacher’s aide assists in classroom management such as organizing instructional materials, bulletin boards, labeling supplies, and making inventories of stock materials. It will also be your duty to help enforce discipline among students including the implementation of school policies.

• Your job duty includes clerical work like taking attendance and filling out daily attendance sheets and worksheets. You will also grade home works and correct test papers, as well as help in keeping records such as report cards.

• A teacher’s aide’s job duties include acting as a translator to students.

• Outside the classroom, teacher’s aides supervise recess and manage students in hallways, during field trips, and other extra-curricular activities.

• You will provide instructional assistance when students are working in computer laboratories, libraries or media centers.

• Operate equipment needed for instructional activities such photocopiers, projectors and other visual aids, and set up equipment for science experiments.
